This policy explains what information PiperEducation.org, PiperAcademy.org and the Piper Academy community collect, and how it is used. It is operated by [legal name of the business], P.O. Box 444, Monteagle, TN 37356.
Only what you give us in our forms: your first name, last name when asked, email address, whether you are a patient, parent, caregiver or clinician, your profession, and, if you choose, your mobile number. When you join Piper Academy, Skool also collects your answers to the membership questions and your payment details; payment details are held by Skool and its payment processor, never by us. Our websites also record ordinary visit information, such as the pages viewed and the site that referred you, through analytics cookies.
Please do not send us health records, scans or details of your own or anyone else's medical condition. Our forms do not ask for them.
To send what you asked for, such as the starter guide, an eBook or the scan protocol; to send our educational emails; to invite you to Piper Academy and manage your membership; to send live session reminders by text if you opted in; and to understand which pages are useful so we can improve them. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for others' advertising.
GoHighLevel (our websites, forms, contacts and email), Skool (the Piper Academy community and payments), Google (analytics and email), Vimeo (video) and Zapier (connecting GoHighLevel and Skool). Each handles your information only to provide its service to us.
We use cookies to keep the websites working and to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the websites will still work.
If you check the box to receive live session reminders, we send about one or two texts a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time, or HELP for help. Your mobile number is never shared for marketing, and consent to texts is never a condition of membership.
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops our educational emails; Skool may still send messages needed to manage an active membership.
You may ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. Records we must keep for tax or legal reasons are kept only as long as required.
Contact information is kept while you remain subscribed or a member, and deleted on request.
We use reputable providers and limit access to the people who run the websites. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.
Our websites are written for adults, including parents researching a child's care. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
